Grown on steep hillside vineyards, the sunny, rocky terrain enjoys cool nights which yield a brightly flavored wine redolent of black/purple fruit with discernable mineral aromas in the finish. Local dishes include Lomo (pork loin ham), grilled hearty sausages and lamb dishes. Serve at low room temperature after decanting for 1 hour. Best 2016 – 2024.
